Eun Young Lee is a professional pianist and piano teacher who loves to explore the world of music and communicate with a broad range of audiences. Eun Young believes music can bring joy to people's lives, and she puts all her efforts into interacting with audiences and students through her music and musical knowledge. Eun Young has been running her private studio for more than twelve years and was also a Graduate Student Instructor in Piano at University of Michigan. Her former students have succeeded in entering the Bachelor of Music program at various universities, including the Kookmin-University and the Kyunghee University.
Eun Young offers pre-keyboard, semi-private classes for ages 3-4 and group classes for ages 5 and up. Students learn note-reading, ear training, technique and theory in a fun and age appropriate setting. Creative movement, exciting props and rhythm instruments are also incorporated. Classes are divided into groups based on the student’s age and level of experience and range from 4 to 7 students per class (with a parent). Tuition for weekly group classes is $22.50 per class, billed by semester. Tuition for semi-private classes is $22.50 per class, billed monthly. Materials range from $15 to $25 per student.
Eun Young also offers private lessons for ages 9 and up. Students learn all the piano fundamentals, including note-reading, technique, ear training, theory and more. Tuition for private lessons is $30 per half hour, billed monthly.
Note: There is a $25.00 enrollment fee, payable to Steinway Piano Gallery, due at registration. Siblings are $15.00.
